Preparatory work

Blasting

  • Large cavity blasting cabin for constructions (dimensions 15,000 x 3,000 x 3,000 mm)
  • Additional, powerful conveyor blasting system (dimensions 1200 x 400 mm)

Zinc phosphate coating, cathodic dip-coating, powder coating

  • Consistently fully automated coating process
  • Max. Dimensions 12,200 x 700 (1,500 x 2,500 mm) with up to 2 to. Individual weight
  • Bare, hot-dip galvanized, zinc-plated steel, aluminum and all electrically conductive materials
  • we can apply CDC and powder on hot-dip galvanized steels and thus upgrade and improve the "Duplex" -System".
  • With the powder process all colors are possible. We only use TGIC free powder. Tribo and Corona processes in manual or automatic mode
  • On customer request, 2 layers powder (primer and top coat) are possible
  • Special requirements can be met after consultation (e.g. food safety, extreme weather resistance, electrical conductivity, or graffiti resistant properties)
  • The state-of-the-art plant control of BOT allows the aforementioned services in any combination or individually (e.g. only blasting or only zinc phosphate coating)
